The story of Matsu

Matsu is the first traditional bubble tea shop of its kind in Mechelen, inspired by our travels in Asia, where we fell in love with Taiwan. Matsu wants to bring the authentic flavours of bubble tea to a new audience. Our take on the Taiwanese classic that transcends its origins and is becoming a favourite drink worldwide. We use quality ingredients to create an exciting drinking experience that not only tastes great, but looks great too.
